Vor kurzem ist unser Freund, Kollege und Genosse Christian Krähling viel zu früh aus dem Leben gerissen worden. Wir trauern um einen der mutigsten und widerständigsten Gegner des Amazon-Managements im Amazon-Streik, der unzählige Menschen in seinem Kampf für Gerechtigkeit inspiriert und organisiert hat.
Um Christians Andenken zu ehren planen wir eine Gedenk-Veranstaltung, die voraussichtlich am 21. Februar oder am 7. März online stattfindet. Dort sollen Kolleg*innen, Mitstreiter*innen, Freund*innen, Weggefährt*innen, Genoss*innen und alle zu Wort kommen, die Christian in seinem Leben berührt und geprägt hat.
Dafür möchten wir Deinen Beitrag sammeln: ob ein Text, ein Gedicht, ein Lied, ein Bild, eine Anekdote oder einfach Gedanken oder Gefühle, die Du teilen möchtest: schick sie bis zum 28. Januar an awi@riseup.net. Bitte schreib auch dazu, ob Du Deinen Beitrag auf der Gedenkveranstaltung selbst vorstellen und teilen möchtest. Besonders möchten wir Christians Kolleg*innen ermuntern, uns etwas zukommen zu lassen. Auch Beiträge in anderen Sprachen sind willkommen. Der Kampf geht weiter – das hätte Christian so gewollt.

A short while ago, our friend, colleague and comrade Christian Krähling passed away far too early. We mourn the loss of one of the most courageous and militant opponents of the Amazon management in the combat for better working conditions, workers’ power and self-determination. His commitment and dedication in struggle inspired countless people, and it is not exaggerated to say, all over the world.
To honor Christian’s memory, we are planning an online commemoration on February 21 or March 7, 2021 (Sunday). We would like to invite all his colleagues from Amazon, comrades, friends, companions, fellow campaigners, and everyone Christian influenced during his lifetime, to this public, on-line event.
We would like to collect your contributions: whether it is a text, a poem, a song, a picture, an anecdote or thoughts or feelings you would like to share! We ask you to send them to awi@riseup.net by January 28. Please also write us if you want to present and share online your contribution at the event yourself. We wholeheartedly invite you to do so! We especially would like to encourage Christian’s colleagues and co-workers from different Amazon sites and different countries to send us something, anything you feel you would like to share! Contributions in all languages are welcome. The event is going to be translated as well. Thank you a lot in advance, we hope to see you all in February. Zupełnie niedawno zmarł o wiele za wcześnie nasz przyjaciel, kolega i działacz, Christian Krähling. Wciąż jesteśmy pogrążeni w smutku po starcie jednego z najbardziej odważnych i bezkompromisowych przeciwników Amazon w walce o poprawę warunków pracy, o pracowniczą siłę i samostanowienie. Nie będzie przesadą stwierdzenie, że jego odwaga i poświęcenie zainspirowało wiele osób na całym świecie.
Aby upamiętnić Christiana planujemy spotkanie online w dniu 21 lutego 2021 r. lub 7 marca (niedziela). Zapraszamy wszystkich pracowników Amazon, którzy mieli okazję go poznać, oraz aktywistów, przyjaciół, towarzyszy i każdego, na którego Christian miał wpływ w czasie swojego życia.
Zbieramy wszystkie wspomnienia: może być to tekst, wiersz, piosenka, obraz, anegdota, przemyślenie lub emocja, którą chcielibyście się podzielić! Prosimy o przesłanie ich do 28 stycznia na adres: awi@riseup.net. Prosimy również, abyście zaznaczyli, czy chcecie zaprezentować Wasze wspomnienie podczas spotkania online, do czego serdeczenie zapraszamy. Szczególnie chcielibyśmy zaprosić pracowników Amazon – koleżanki i kolegów Christiana z pracy, z różnych magazynow i z różnych krajów. Możecie przesłać nam cokolwiek, czym chcielibyście się podzielić!Wspomnienie może być w różnych językach (również po polsku). Spotkanie będzie tłumaczone na żywo. Z góry dziękujemy i mamy nadzieję, że zobaczymy się w lutym. Walka trwa – tak, jak chciał tego Christian!

Il y a peu de temps, notre ami, collègue et camarade Christian Krähling est décédé bien trop tôt. Nous regrettons la perte d’un des plus courageux et militant opposé au management d’Amazon dans le cadre de la lutte pour de meilleures conditions de travail, pour le droit des travailleurs et l’autodétermination. Son engagement et sa dévotion ont inspiré de nombreuses personnes dans le monde.
Pour honorer la mémoire de Christian, nous organisons une commémoration en ligne le 21 Février ou 7 Mars 2021 (Dimanche). Nous souhaitons convier tous ses collègues de Amazon, ses amis, ses compagnons, ses camarades et tous ceux qui ont été influencés positivement par Christian pendant sa vie à cet événement public en ligne.
